Dissertation Published This Fall
I have signed a contract with Ambassador International Publishing
(Greenville, SC) to publish my doctoral dissertation, A Time To Die:
Guidelines For Making End-Of-Life Decisions. Tentative Date:
October/November 2013. Will be published in Kindle format as well and
